About the Opportunity:
Our client, who is a respected and fast-growing player in the automotive and wholesale sector, is searching for a hands-on, strategic, and energetic Financial Manager to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, values leadership, and is passionate about driving operational excellence.

What You will Be Driving:

• Manage the full finance function: Debtors, creditors, reconciliations & reporting
• Prepare and present monthly management accounts and financial statements
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensure strong compliance, internal controls, and risk management
• Mentor, develop, and uplift the finance team
• Partner with management to identify efficiencies and unlock continuous improvement
• Provide sharp, data-driven insights to support business growth

• CA(SA)
• Minimum 8 years in a financial management role
• Experience in the automotive or wholesale sector (advantageous)
• Strong command of financial systems and reporting principles
• A confident, mature, proactive personality
• Proven leadership experience and a passion for team development
