POSITION INFO:
A major player within the Agriculture sector (with exposure across Manufacturing and Mining) is searching for a dynamic Financial Manager who thrives on structure, accuracy, and strong leadership.

Based in Lanseria (JHB West), this role places you at the centre of a business that’s operationally intense, data-heavy, and reliant on sharp financial guidance. With 3–5 years of management experience, you’ll own reporting, budgeting, forecasting, IFRS compliance, and support SOX-driven environments — ensuring financial integrity at every level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full financial reporting, including IFRS compliance and month-end close
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Ensure adherence to SOX controls and financial governance
- Manage and mentor the finance team with clarity and direction
- Partner with operations, commercial teams, and senior leadership
- Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights

Job Experience & Skills Required:
- CA(SA) – essential
- 3–5 years’ management experience in Finance
- Industry exposure to Agriculture (preferred), Manufacturing, or Mining
- Strong technical expertise in reporting, budgeting, forecasting & IFRS
- SOX experience — highly advantageous
- Strong Excel & ERP proficiency
- Confident communicator, commercially minded, and able to lead in high-demand environments
