Key Responsibilities:

Guide, mentor, and develop the finance team while ensuring strong financial governance and discipline.
Lead annual budget cycles, deliver accurate rolling forecasts, and provide strategic insights to support executive decision-making.
Oversee, implement, and maintain SOX controls to ensure rigorous compliance across all financial processes.
Prepare, review, and present financial results aligned with IFRS standards.
Partner with production, supply chain, and executive teams to improve efficiency, manage risk, and optimise cost structures.

Job Experience and Skills Required:).

CA (SA) qualification, non-negotiable
Minimum 3 years’ management experience within a fast-paced industry
Strong working knowledge of: SOX controls and compliance, budgeting and forecasting methodologies and IFRS reporting standards
