We are currently recruiting for a Financial Manager to join a leading organization in the manufacturing/automotive sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in forecasting, analysis, and financial management.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full financial function, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Lead and manage a finance team, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Drive financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Manage FOREX transactions and ensure accurate accounting for multi-currency operations.
Implement and optimize ERP systems (N4NL – Barn) for improved efficiency.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and liaise with auditors.
Support cost control initiatives and profitability analysis.

Qualification and Skills Required:

BCom in Finance (essential).
Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance and 3 years in a management role.
Industry experience in manufacturing or automotive is highly advantageous.
Strong knowledge of forecasting, analysis, and financial reporting.
Experience with FOREX transactions is a great advantage.
Proficiency in ERP systems (N4NL – Barn) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
