What you will be doing:

Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering accountability and excellence
Oversee full financial management: accounting, reporting, compliance
Drive profitability through cost control and revenue initiatives
Prepare accurate monthly reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles with department heads
Implement internal controls for cash handling, stock, and procurement
Ensure compliance with tax, statutory obligations, and IFRS standards
Liaise with auditors, SARS, and financial institutions

What we are looking for:

BCom Accounting or equivalent degree, CA(SA) preferred
Minimum 5 years' post-article experience in financial management or senior accounting role
Hospitality industry experience advantageous
Proficient in Sage X3 and familiar with POS and Property Management systems
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
