POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Oversee full financial management function, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Drive strategic financial planning aligned with business objectives.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate governance standards.
Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.
Partner with executive leadership to support growth and profitability initiatives.

Skills & Requirements

BCom degree
10+ years’ experience in financial management, preferably within aviation or manufacturing.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Excellent knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools.
