Job & Company Description:
This well-established organisation within the industrial / production sector is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Financial Manager to join their team based in Johannesburg CBD (Langlaagte).

This role is ideally suited to a BCom-qualified professional, with completed articles being beneficial, and 3+ years’ relevant financial management experience.

The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the full finance function, with a strong focus on stock management, reporting, and operational finance in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review monthly management accounts
Oversee stock accounting, valuations, and reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger integrity
Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Assist with audits and respond to audit queries
Provide financial support to operational and production teams

Job Experience & Qualifications:

BCom degree (essential)
Completed articles (beneficial)
Minimum of 3+ years’ accounting / financial management experience
Strong stock accounting experience is essential
Experience within an industrial or production environment is advantageous
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
