Financial Manager

Hospitality Industry
A high-volume hospitality environment is seeking a qualified CA(SA) to take ownership of operational finance and working capital management.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership of debtors and creditors functions, tight cash flow control, and oversight of daily transactional accuracy.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable age analysis
Lead Head of Debtors and Head of Creditors
Oversee cash flow and payment cycles
Reconcile multiple bank accounts and manage local & international payments
Monitor daily financial controls and drive process improvements
Partner closely with operational teams

Requirements

CA(SA) – essential
Strong working capital management experience
Proven supervision of debtors and creditors teams
Solid cash flow management expertise
Hospitality exposure advantageous
