This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership while managing the financial operations of a growing, service-driven organisation. Key Responsibilities

Managing the full finance function and overseeing daily accounting operations
Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reporting packs
Leading budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Managing cash flow, financial controls, and compliance processes
Ensuring accurate VAT, tax, and statutory submissions
Overseeing audit preparation and financial governance
Providing commercial financial insights to support strategic decisions
Leading and mentoring members of the finance team

Job Experience and Skills Required

CIMA, or BCom in Accounting/Finance
5+ years’ experience in a Financial Manager or senior finance role
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls
Experience within technology, IT, or service-driven environments advantageous
Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency
Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
