A growing investment and property finance group is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team within a multi-entity structure that includes international operations. The business specialises in property-backed funding solutions and operates in a fast-moving environment where financial precision supports time-sensitive transactions and strategic investment decisions.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to group reporting, foreign subsidiaries, and international finance operations, including monthly travel to Dubai. This role offers a hybrid working structure and the opportunity to work closely with senior decision-makers in a lean, high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and review of monthly management accounts
Group consolidations across multiple subsidiaries, including foreign operations
Preparation of IFRS-compliant financial statements
Financial analysis and reporting to senior management
Managing and improving financial controls and reporting processes
Supporting group financial reporting across multiple entities
Liaising with external auditors and advisors
Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) qualification (essential)
Approximately 2 years' post-articles experience
Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
Experience with group consolidations and multi-entity structures
Exposure to foreign operations or international reporting environments advantageous
Advanced Excel proficiency
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Willingness to travel internationally to Dubai on a monthly basis
