Are you a Financial Manager with strong operational finance experience looking to grow within a manufacturing environment? An opportunity based in Johannesburg East is available for a hands-on finance professional with a strong focus on costing and performance analysis.

POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description:
This role is suited to a finance professional who enjoys being involved in the operational side of the business. You will support financial planning, costing, and performance analysis while working closely with operations to drive efficiency and profitability.

The position offers exposure to a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a strong focus on financial insight and decision support.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial reporting and management accounts
Drive costing processes and margin analysis
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Perform financial planning and analysis
Partner with operations to improve performance and efficiencies
Ensure financial controls and reporting accuracy

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:
BCom Accounting or currently studying towards a relevant qualification
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in finance
Skills:
Strong costing and financial analysis ability
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Operational and commercial mindset
Non-negotiables:
Experience within a manufacturing environment advantageous
Strong costing and analytical capability
Ability to work closely with operations
