SUMMARY:

A well-established organisation within the pharmaceutical and retail space is seeking an experienced and hands-on Financial Manager to join their finance team.

POSITION INFO:

This is an opportunity for a well-rounded finance professional who is comfortable taking ownership of the full finance function while operating in a dynamic, operational environment. If you enjoy balancing reporting, compliance and day-to-day finance management, this role offers both stability and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full finance function
Oversee monthly management accounts and financial reporting
Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Manage cash flow, working capital and financial controls
Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors
Supervise and support the finance team
Provide financial insights to support business decision-making
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and processes

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom Degree (minimum requirement)
Minimum 7+ years’ finance experience
Strong experience managing the full finance function
Open to industry (pharmaceutical/retail exposure advantageous)
Strong leadership and team management capability
Solid understanding of financial reporting, controls and compliance
Strong Excel skills and ERP system exposure
High attention to detail with strong analytical ability
