SUMMARY:
Are you a hands-on Financial Manager CA(SA) ready to take ownership of a full finance function within a stable and operationally driven business?

POSITION INFO:
A well-established organisation, based in Boksburg, is seeking a technically strong finance leader with proven property management finance experience, solid tax expertise, financial control capabilities, and strong team leadership skills.

This is an office-based leadership role where the successful candidate will oversee the full finance function while ensuring strong financial governance, tax compliance, and regulatory oversight within a property management environment. The role requires a professional who is operationally hands-on, detail-driven, and comfortable operating in a high-accountability environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the full finance function, including reporting and controls
Ensure that tax compliance, planning and submissions are executed accurately
Oversee financial operations related to property management portfolios
Lead and mentor the finance team, driving accountability and performance
Maintain oversight of legal and regulatory financial compliance
Prepare and review budgets, forecasts and management reports
Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Education:
- CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable)
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience
- Property management / property finance experience is essential
- Proven financial management and team leadership experience
- Strong exposure to tax, compliance and financial governance
- Experience within a hands-on operational finance environment
Skills:
- Strong financial reporting and analytical capability
- Effective leadership and team management skills
- High attention to detail with a strong compliance focus
