POSITION INFO:
They are seeking a Financial Manager to take full ownership of the revenue business cycle and financial reporting. If you are looking for a role where you can mentor a team and refine complex financial systems, this is your next career milestone. Our client is known for its robust internal controls and commitment to excellence. You will have the opportunity to provide strategic input into long-term business plans and work closely with external auditors and tax advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Oversight: Provide input on business processes and ensure financial systems are operating at peak effectiveness.
End-to-End Revenue Management: Manage the monthly billing runs, client MSAs, and debt collection processes.
Financial Reporting: Prepare annual financial statements in line with IFRS and maintain high-quality financial records.
Compliance & Tax: Oversee VAT and provisional tax computations while ensuring SOX-level controls for the revenue cycle.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom/BAcc or equivalent Finance degree.
CA(SA) or CIMA qualification.
3–6 years of experience in a Financial Manager capacity.
Proficiency in financial modelling and a professional, patient approach to client/team management.
