SUMMARY:
Opportunity for a Financial Manager.

POSITION INFO:
A well-established logistics and distribution business with an extensive footprint across South Africa and the broader African region is seeking a Financial Manager to join their leadership team. This opportunity is ideal for a CA(SA) with approximately 5 years' post-qualification experience who has managed large teams and enjoys working in an operational environment and partnering with business leaders to drive financial performance across multiple entities.

Duties:

Oversee the full finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Prepare and review group consolidations across multiple entities
Inter-company transactions
Work closely with African entities, providing financial oversight and support
Ensure strong financial controls, governance and compliance across the group
Tax compliance
Monthly management accounts

Education and Experience:

CA(SA) qualification
Approximately 5 years' post-articles experience
Experience managing large teams is essential (40+ employees)
Experience within the logistics, distribution, or supply chain industry preferred
Strong experience with consolidations and inter-company transactions
Exposure to multi-entity or African operations advantageous
Strong analytical, leadership and stakeholder management skills
