POSITION INFO:
This role's primary responsibility is to plan, carry out, oversee, and coordinate all financial operations, including reporting and consolidations. The Financial Manager assumes full functional responsibility, leadership, and ownership of driving financial excellence across all portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review annual financial statements
Manage tax and VAT calculations and submissions
Compile and analyse management accounts
Oversee and strengthen operational financial controls
Manage financial consolidations
Provide strategic financial insight and ensure accurate oversight of company financials

Experience:

CA(SA) qualification (essential)
3–5 years' post-articles experience
1–2 years' management experience
Experience in engineering or manufacturing environments (advantageous)

Systems & Technical Skills:

Sage Evolution (essential)
JobBoss experience (advantageous)
Strong financial, analytical, and technical knowledge

Skills:

Efficient and highly organised
Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
Detail-oriented with excellent financial judgement
