A leading player in a hard-core industrial environment is seeking a technically strong Financial Manager to take ownership of a multi-entity finance function. POSITION INFO:
This organisation operates within a demanding mining and industrial environment, requiring a Financial Manager who is both technically sound and commercially astute. The role offers exposure to a complex, multi-entity structure where accuracy, strong analytical ability, and a hands-on approach are critical.

You will play a key role in driving financial performance, managing reporting across entities, and partnering with operations to ensure profitability and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full financial management function across multiple entities
Prepare and analyse monthly management reports, including detailed P&L reviews
Drive costing accuracy and profitability analysis within a mining/industrial environment
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support operational decision-making
Ensure compliance with financial controls, reporting standards, and internal processes
Utilise Sage Evolution for financial reporting and system optimisation

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:

CIMA qualification (non-negotiable)

Experience:

Minimum 8 years’ relevant finance experience
Proven experience in a multi-entity environment
Exposure to mining or heavy industrial sectors is essential
Strong background in costing, financial analysis, and reporting

Skills:

Advanced Sage Evolution experience (highly preferred)
Strong technical accounting and financial management capability
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to operate in a high-pressure, operational environment
