We are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager / Finance Lead to join a leading global technology organisation’s South African subsidiary. This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to influence business performance, drive strategic decision-making, and enable sustainable long-term growth.

POSITION INFO:

Prioritise & Drive Performance

Advise business leaders on financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability optimisation
Translate strategic goals into robust budgets, forecasts, and resource plans
Lead financial planning cycles (budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning)
Track KPIs, ensure reporting accuracy, and drive accountability across teams
Deliver actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes

Partner & Influence

Act as a trusted advisor to commercial and business leaders
Provide market and performance insights to guide strategic decisions
Lead cross-functional collaboration to solve complex challenges
Build strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation
Influence senior leadership through compelling financial storytelling and scenario analysis

Protect & Ensure Compliance

Uphold the highest standards of financial governance, compliance, and ethics
Maintain strong internal controls and reporting integrity
Partner with audit and regulatory bodies to ensure statutory compliance
Drive a culture of risk awareness and accountability

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
CA(SA) is advantageous
Proven experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance
Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels

Advantageous:

Experience within multinational, matrixed environments
Exposure to technology or software industries
Strong commercial acumen and business partnering experience
