SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Financial Manager to join their dynamic team. This role requires a strong leader with proven managerial experience and the ability to oversee the full financial function within the business.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the full financial function
Manage and lead the debtors and creditors departments
Maintain and manage the cashbook up to trial balance
Oversee GRNs and stock control processes
Ensure accurate and efficient accounting processes
Perform financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions

Requirements:

BCom Accounting degree (essential)
Proven experience in a similar Financial Manager role
Strong managerial and leadership experience
Proficiency in Pastel Partner
Solid understanding of accounting processes and financial controls
Experience with cashbook, trial balance, stock control, and GRNs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
