SUMMARY:
A leading subsidiary of an international listed company is looking for a Financial Manager to manage key financial activities while ensuring compliance with internal policies and controls. The role focuses strongly on revenue, including reporting, billing, client interaction, and collections across the business.

POSITION INFO:

Offer strategic financial guidance and support long-term business planning
Lead and develop the finance and billing teams
Ensure strong financial systems, controls, and regulatory compliance
Oversee the full revenue cycle, including billing, client contracts, pricing updates, and collections
Handle client queries and report on revenue performance and debtor balances
Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and operating costs
Maintain accurate financial records and high-quality reporting
Prepare annual financial statements in line with IFRS and oversee statutory reporting for group entities
Work closely with external auditors to support timely audits
Ensure tax compliance, including VAT, income tax, and SOX controls related to revenue

Skills & Experience:

CA(SA) OR CIMA qualified
Minimum 3–6 years’ experience in a Financial Manager role
Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Effective listener with the ability to understand requirements clearly
Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team
Maintains a professional manner, with good tolerance and patience
Committed to ongoing learning and self-development
Experience in financial modelling
