A well-established import and distribution company is seeking a dynamic Financial Manager to take ownership of the finance function and lead a team of three finance professionals.

Must reside in the northern suburbs

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: CA(SA) qualification essential. Minimum 6 years' post-articles experience. Proven experience in a commercial, import, wholesale or distribution environment. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring finance staff. Excellent analytical, reporting and financial management abilities. Advanced knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full finance function and ensure accurate financial reporting. Lead and develop a team of three finance staff. Drive budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management. Analyse profitability and provide strategic financial insights to management. Ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements. Strengthen internal controls and continuously improve financial processes. Partner with operations and management to support business growth and profitability. Manager three finance members in the team.
