A prominent organisation within the mining industry is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Financial Manager to join its team based in Johannesburg North.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting Prepare and review management accounts, budgets, and forecasts Analyse financial performance and provide strategic insights to support business decisions Manage cash flow, financial planning, and balance sheet reconciliations Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal controls Drive process improvements and support operational efficiencies Job Experience and Skills Required: BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (essential) Minimum 5 years' experience within a Financial Manager or senior finance role Mining industry experience Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop finance teams Advanced Microsoft Excel and accounting systems proficiency Apply now!
