POSITION INFO:
Job & Company Description: A well-established organisation within the manufacturing sector is seeking a Finance Manager to join their finance team based in Boksburg. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and enjoys balancing strategic financial planning with day-to-day financial management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with SARS and statutory requirements, and providing valuable financial insights to support business growth. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management while contributing to the overall financial performance of the business. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full finance function and oversee daily financial operations Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Ensure SARS compliance, including VAT, PAYE, and income tax submissions Manage cash flow, balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger integrity Oversee month-end and year-end reporting processes Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and statutory regulations Liaise with external auditors and support annual audit requirements Identify process improvements to enhance financial controls and operational efficiencies Provide financial analysis and reporting to support strategic business decisions Job Experience & Qualifications: BCom degree essential Minimum 5 years' finance experience Manufacturing industry experience preferred Strong experience managing the full finance function Proven budgeting and forecasting experience Solid knowledge of SARS legislation and statutory compliance Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment Take the next step in your finance career by joining a stable and growing organisation where your financial expertise will directly contribute to business success.
