Key Responsibilities Lead the full financial management function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Analyse financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to executive management. Ensure compliance with IFRS, taxation requirements, and relevant healthcare regulations. Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial controls. Oversee the external audit process and ensure statutory compliance. Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance and identify cost-saving initiatives. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve operational excellence. Job Experience and Skills Required Education CA(SA). Experience Proven experience as a Financial Manager or in a senior finance leadership role. Hospital or healthcare management experience is essential. Demonstrated experience managing the full finance function. Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and commercial finance. Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience working on ERP and financial management systems. Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial governance. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and commercial decision-making ability.
