This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CA(SA) to take ownership of the finance function and play a key role in driving financial performance, operational efficiency and profitability within a complex manufacturing environment.

POSITION INFO:
Your Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day financial management and reporting function Drive budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports Oversee general ledger, reconciliations and financial controls Manage cost accounting within a manufacturing environment Monitor inventory valuation, costing and margin performance Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax legislation and regulatory requirements Coordinate external audits and support effective risk management Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide meaningful financial insights Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost management and profitability Lead, mentor and develop the finance team What We're Looking For CA(SA) - essential Several years' experience in a Finance Manager \/ Senior Finance role Proven manufacturing finance and cost accounting experience Strong exposure to inventory valuation and margin analysis Excellent budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting skills Advanced MS Excel and data analysis capabilities Experience with ERP\/accounting systems Strong understanding of IFRS, taxation, compliance and internal controls Excellent leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities A commercially minded finance professional who can partner with the business and influence decision-making
