In this role, you will act as the Finance Business Partner to the Country Manager and leadership team, ensuring sound financial management, compliance, and performance optimisation. You will be responsible for overseeing the full financial function, from reporting and compliance to budgeting, forecasting, and cost management. This opportunity will give you the platform to influence key decisions, enhance profitability, and lead a capable finance team while working within a collaborative and high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full financial cycle including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management Lead financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and internal policies Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support business objectives Implement robust cost control measures and monitor financial performance to improve profitability Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements while maintaining strong internal controls Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity at a country level Partner with business units to support decision-making, pricing strategies, and investment initiatives Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is essential Professional qualification (CA(SA), ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is highly advantageous Experience: 5-10+ years' experience in finance or accounting, with a strong track record in a managerial role Proven experience in financial reporting, controlling, and business partnering Exposure to multinational or complex business environments is beneficial Skills: Strong knowledge of IFRS\/local GAAP and financial reporting standards Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP\/reporting systems Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Proven leadership and team management capability Apply now!
