Our client, a growing investment group, is seeking a high-calibre Financial Controller / Finance Manager to join their finance team. Operating across multiple entities, investments, and international structures, this role offers exceptional exposure to group finance, investments, treasury, tax, payroll, reporting, automation, and strategic finance support.

POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Group Finance & Reporting Prepare management accounts across multiple entities Develop dashboards and reporting packs for monthly group reporting Review month-end journals, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and trial balances Support the preparation and review of annual financial statements Tax, Audit & Compliance Ensure tax compliance across local and international entities Assist with tax calculations and submissions Prepare audit files and liaise with external auditors Support BEE processes and related audits Treasury & Financial Control Review supplier payments and approve payments on banking platforms Monitor loan schedules, repayments, and covenant calculations Ensure intercompany balances reconcile accurately across the group Maintain strong financial governance and control processes Payroll & Operational Finance Manage the payroll function for local and international entities Oversee fixed asset registers and monthly depreciation processes Assist with insurance administration and annual renewals Partner with the CFO and Financial Manager on budgeting and strategic projects Process Improvement & Automation Drive finance process improvements and system enhancements Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reporting quality, and financial visibility Contribute to the ongoing evolution of a modern, high-performing finance function Skills & Experience: Minimum 2-5 years' post-articles experience Strong financial reporting, controls, and management accounting experience Exposure to multi-entity or group finance environments Strong understanding of tax, audit, payroll, treasury, and financial governance Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong systems aptitude Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage across all levels of the business Qualification: CA(SA) - non negotiable For more information connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our financial recruitment vacancies.
