A leading mining company that has focused on the industry for over 20 years is currently seeking a Financial Manager that shares the values of integrity and innovation to join their company. As the Financial Manager you will be exposed to the strategic and the operational side of the business. You will be responsible for upskilling and managing the Financial Department.

This opportunity is based on the mine outside of Rustenburg

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Drive the operational performance and achieve operational targets
• Lead and manage the financial team through hands-on management and applying industry best practices
• Review capital expenditure and forecasts
• Ensure effective cash flow management
• Ensure legislative and corporate governance compliance requirements to manage risk

 Job Experience & Skills Required:

CA(SA)
Five years’ experience within a similar role
Experience within the mining industry
