JSE listed investment conglomerate seeks an experienced and analytical Financial Manager to join their finance team based in Durban South. This position is a FTC for 2 months with the possibility to go permanent upon satisfactory performance.

JSE listed investment conglomerate seeks an experienced and analytical Financial Manager to join their finance team based in Durban South. This position is a FTC for 2 months with the possibility to go permanent upon satisfactory performance.

In this role, you will be responsible for the full finance function and being actively involved in month-end processes.

Duties include, but not limited to preparation of financial data, financial analysis, management accounts, reconcilations and drafting of financial statements.

Candidates who think of themselves as driven, meticulous on attention to detail and consencious in follow ups and feedback are invited to apply for this opportunity.

Education:

BCom in Accounting or finance

Skills & Experience:

Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles in a non-negotiable

10+ years'' experience in a similar role is non-negotiable

Operational and technical finance experience

Advanced MS Excel skills

Financial acumen

Strong personality

Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment

Team player
