JOB SUMMARY:
Lexdan is assisting a company in the Commercial Real Estate sector with their search for a Financial Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance/or equivalent
4+ years accounting/ finance experience
Experience in preparing financial statements
Experience in the Property Industry is an added benefit
Strong understanding of budgets & cashflows

Responsibilities:

Responsible for finances of company
Track sales income
Monthly VAT and monthly journals - depreciation, payroll journals, house sales journals
Monthly reports to monitor cashflow
Monthly journals and debtors & creditors recons
Manage all accounts
Yearly cashflow
Capturing of all data
