JOB DESCRIPTION:

An exciting new opportunity has become available for an experienced Finance Manager. The position involves responsibility for the full accounting, transactional processing and entity administration of the financial records for all the relevant Group companies. The Finance Manager will play a significant role in orchestrating the establishment, continued success and governance of the shared service centre

Responsibilities:

Focus on all daily and month-end accounting procedures for the financial results
Establish and review the financial integrity and performance of the applicable affiliate or division under their control
Reporting on the applicable affiliate or division under their control by managing mechanisms for financial controls, accounting, costing and reporting
Manage and ensure IFRS compliance and legal compliance
Establish and lead standard operating procedures that is aligned across the group
Provide insightful information and interpretations to Finance Business Partners

Requirements:

BComm degree in accounting or similar
5+ years relevant financial control experience in a consumer product based environment
Ability to perform to a high standard in a fast-paced and complex group environment
Accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Strong technical and analytical skills
Strong drive, initiative and work ethic
