JOB SUMMARY:
A high-performance IT organization is currently seeking a competent Financial Manager to manage the finance team, prepare project budgets and cost models. A dynamic individual who can provide strategic input and has previously worked with multiple entities will best suite this position.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Monitor and analyses all account management through related financial control and monitoring of cash flow

Monitor and analyses overall bookkeeping, creditors payment and back reconciliation functions

Timeous planning and preparation of financial reporting and documents

Drive and review monthly expenses such as budget reconciliations, stakeholder/ budget owner spends, quarterly forecasts and annual budget consolidations

Management of multiple legal entities and group accounting activities through accuracy and accruals

Ensure effective cost accounting as well as control and management of all company assets

Ensure compliance with all the statutory tax, legislative and reporting requirements to achieve Corporate Governance

Evaluate the monthly budgeting and financial analysis

Implement planning processes and system tools to increase the business efficiency locally and regionally and optimize working capital management

Manage the company’s financial risk exposure

Manage and ensure timeous upload of financials and reporting onto global reporting tools

Skills & Experience:

5-8 years’ experience as fully qualified accountant with commercial engagements

3-5 years of leading small to medium teams

Experience in using accounting software

Solid experience in leading the preparation and submission of statutory and management reporting and controls Advanced MS Excel experience

Qualification:

CA(SA) or CIMA
