JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an innovative, creative, and out of the box thinker Financial Manager, an amazing opportunity within a multinational venture capital organisation assisting in shaping business has become available. Where balance is important and by balance, we are talking hybrid/nomadic working (i.e., travel through the companies exchange program) and a standard sabbatical perk after 3 years where you can take time off on the company’s behalf. JOB DESCRIPTION:

This not just a stock standard Financial Manager role. Your team is international, diverse, and talented individuals. You will need an entrepreneurial mindset as your skills development will range from the financial to operational functions of the business.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Annual budgets and forecasting
Present and produce the monthly management reports
Define and standardise internal reports
Performance reporting on the companies venture portfolio
Manage cashflows
Manage the external audit
Manage VAT submissions

Skills & Experience:
Lateral thinker
Adaptable
Independent
Minimum 3 years commercial experience in tech/venture capital

Qualification:
BCom + Articles Beneficial
CA(SA)/ CIMA completed/ Management or Strategic Level
