JOB SUMMARY:
A multinational Healthcare conglomerate seeks an analytical and technically strong Financial Manager to join their dynamic team based in Cape Town.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for operational financial management of assigned division which includes budget planning, cash flow and balance sheet forecasts, reviewing payroll, inventory and fixed assets while ensuring statutory and tax compliance. In addition to managing the finance team and creating and implementing policies and procedures.

Education:

BCom Degree in Finance or Accounting
SAIPA Accountant or CA(SA) qualification will be advantageous

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles
5 to 7 years post articles experience within a financial management role is essential
Experience in the Healthcare or Pharma industries is preferred
Advanced MS Excel skills
Strong Sage Evolution skills
Tax and audit knowledge
Strong IFRS compliance knowledge
Excellent reporting skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Deadline driven
