JOB SUMMARY:
A well-established Healthcare facility based in Cape Town is looking to hire an experienced and industrious Financial Manager to lead their advancing financial team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operational financial management of assigned division which includes budget planning, cash flow and balance sheet forecasts, reviewing payroll, inventory and fixed assets while ensuring statutory and tax compliance. In addition to managing the finance team and creating and implementing policies and procedures.

Education Requirements:

BCom in Finance or Accounting
SAIPA Accountant or CA(SA) qualification advantageous

Job Requirements and Skills:

Completed SAIPA/SAICA articles is non-negotiable
5 to 7 years post articles experience in financial management role needed
Experience in Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals industry beneficial
Advanced MS Excel skills
Strong Sage Evolution skills
Must have tax and audit knowledge
Strong understanding IRFS compliance knowledge
Meticulous reporting skills
Strong personality
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment
Team player
