SUMMARY:
Our client, a major JSEâlisted organisation, is seeking a highâcalibre Financial Manager with proven experience leading sizeable finance teams in fastâpaced, highâvolume environments. This role sits within a forwardâthinking finance division where scale and complexity are part of the everyday rhythm.
You’ll work closely with an empowering Finance Executive who champions development, innovation, and meaningful contribution. If you thrive in performanceâdriven settings and want your leadership to drive real business impact, this is the next big move for you.

POSITION INFO:

Deliver the full financial reporting function within tight deadlines
Lead the budgeting cycle, including reviewing actuals vs budget and preparing initial submissions
Build and refine financial models and feasibility assessments
Compile monthly reporting packs for the Finance Executive
Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance across the business
Drive automation and transition manual processes into efficient systems
Prepare and sign off monthly audit files, and address audit risks promptly
Mentor, upskill, and develop a multiâdisciplinary finance team

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years’ commercial experience in a Financial Manager role
Minimum 3 years leading a team of 5 or more
Exceptional attention to detail and strong accuracy
Highly deadlineâdriven with the ability to perform under pressure
Advanced financial management and technical reporting expertise
