JOB SUMMARY:
CA(SA) with minimum 5 years’ financial management experience in the Financial Services Industry, required to manage the Finance Department and work closely with CFO and other Financial Managers in the division.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

CA(SA) with minimum 5 years’ financial management experience in the Financial Services Industry, required to manage the Finance Department and work closely with CFO and other Financial Managers in the division.

Minimum requirements:

CA(SA) qualification essential
Minimum 5 years’ relevant financial management with the Financial Services Industry essential

Responsibilities:

Improve efficiency of the management reporting function
Identify unusual trends/anomalies that require further analysis/explanation
Examine financial information for accuracy
Monthly income statement and balance sheet reconciliations
Assist Regional Managers with financial information
Review and distribution of commission statements
Audit packs completion and submission
Annual financial statements
Manage financial and business risk
Assist staff to prepare management financial information
Mentor junior staff to assist with preparing annual financial statement and year end audit
