POSITION INFO:
Are you a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys turning numbers into meaningful business insights? An established and growing organisation is seeking a Financial Manager to join its finance team based in Pinelands, Cape Town.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional who enjoys partnering with the business, driving financial performance, and playing a key role in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the budgeting and forecasting process across the business
Analyse financial performance and provide detailed variance analysis and commentary
Deliver accurate and insightful management reporting
Partner with operational stakeholders to support business performance and decision-making
Monitor financial trends and identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure financial controls, processes, and reporting standards are maintained
Support strategic planning and financial modelling initiatives
Assist with month-end and year-end reporting requirements

Requirements:

Completed CIMA qualification or registered CA(SA)
Proven experience in a Financial Manager, Finance Business Partner, or similar commercial finance role
Industry open but experience in Asset management would be beneficial
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
