About the Client:
Our client is a leading manufacturer in the food production industry, supplying high-quality products nationwide. With a trusted name and solid track record of success, they are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager / CFO who can combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership to take their finance and operations to the next level.

Must Have:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA(SA) or CIMA advantageous).
10–15 years’ senior finance or executive leadership experience.
Strong background in manufacturing (food industry highly advantageous).
Proven expertise in financial leadership, governance, compliance, supplier negotiations, audits, HR, BBBEE, and ESG.
Proficiency in Pastel Evolution (including Stock Module).
Ability to collaborate across all business units and influence at Board level.

Advantages:

Prior food manufacturing industry experience.
Experience with imports, forex management, and export strategy.
Strong commercial acumen with proven success in profitability and cost-saving initiatives.
Track record in automation, system optimisation, and process improvement.
Ability to identify new markets and support international growth strategies.
