About the Client:Our client is a leading manufacturer in the food production industry, supplying high-quality products nationwide. With a trusted name and solid track record of success, they are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager / CFO who can combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership to take their finance and operations to the next level.
Must Have:- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA(SA) or CIMA advantageous).
- 10–15 years’ senior finance or executive leadership experience.
- Strong background in manufacturing (food industry highly advantageous).
- Proven expertise in financial leadership, governance, compliance, supplier negotiations, audits, HR, BBBEE, and ESG.
- Proficiency in Pastel Evolution (including Stock Module).
- Ability to collaborate across all business units and influence at Board level.
Advantages:- Prior food manufacturing industry experience.
- Experience with imports, forex management, and export strategy.
