You’ll work closely with leadership across departments to ensure that financial practices support business goals — all within a collaborative, team-driven environment that actively encourages innovation, communication, and yes, even a little fun.

Duties:

• Oversee and maintain accurate financial controls across the organization.
• Conduct detailed analysis and review of the balance sheet, identifying risks and ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Support strategic decision-making through financial insights and forecasting.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and align financial goals.
• Contribute to budgeting, planning, and performance analysis within the retail space

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) — essential!

• Strong background in wholesale/retail finance and at least 1-2 years of post-article knowledge
• Solid understanding of financial controls and balance sheet management.
