Financial Manager- Social Economic Impact Organisation Salary: R800K Contract Type: 2 Year contract, on-site (Sandton) We are looking for an experienced Finance professional outside of Auditing, preferably a qualified CA, from professional services who will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting and analysis etc for SADC regions. The role also involves a lot of monthly reconciliations and payroll responsibilities. Requirements: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Postgraduate degree or certification (e.g., CA, CFA) is highly desirable 2-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a similar industry\/Professional Services Industry Strong financial analysis, accounting, and communication skills. Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, SAP) and accounting systems. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning and Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyse financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Monthly Reconciliations: monthly reconciliations of financial statements etc from Southern African Countries Payroll Management: vetting and gathering info for external payment release Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis and modelling to support business decisions. Accounting and Compliance : Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. Cash Management: Manage cash flow, including forecasting, budgeting, and ensuring adequate liquidity. Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk. Stakeholder Management: Communicate financial information and insights to stakeholders, including management, investors, and auditors.
