One of South AfricaÃ¢Â€Â™s performance driven insurers is currently seeking to recruit a finance white collar individual to fill the available position of a Financial Manager: Reporting.

POSITION INFO:

A well-recognised business within the insurance industry is currently looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant, who is self-motivated to take on the role of a Financial Manager: Reporting. You will be responsible for but not limited for implementing accounting systems, prepare monthly financial reports, and submit corporate tax returns. Our client has built their exceptional brand through an in-depth understanding of the employee benefit and investment industry. Duties:

Full financial function
Consolidations of financial statements
Budgets and forecasts
Liaise with auditors
VAT and Tax
Reconciliations
Managing the corporate month end accounting process.
Managing the monthly variance analysis
Automation of reporting systems

Qualifications & experience:

Qualified CA(SA)
Big4 articles
Must have management experience.
Must come from the insurance space.

Skills:

Advanced knowledge in excel.
IFRS 17
