SUMMARY:
This is a key leadership role where you will take ownership of financial reporting, compliance, and team performance, while partnering closely with the business to drive insights and efficiency.

POSITION INFO:

Responsible:

Full financial and management reporting
Year-end processes and group reporting (IFRS)
Tax and statutory compliance (VAT, PAYE, Income Tax)
Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Driving process improvements and system enhancements
Leading and developing a finance team
Partnering with commercial, treasury, and operations teams
Supporting strategic initiatives (working capital, M&A, etc.)

Qualifications:

CA(SA) qualification
Minimum 5 years post-articles experience
Strong experience in reporting, consolidations, and financial analysis
Advanced Excel skills
Proven leadership and team management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience in commodity or trading environments (advantageous)
