POSITION INFO:

An established organisation within the industrial and production sector is currently looking for a strong Financial Manager to join their finance team. This role is suited to a hands-on individual with a solid background in stock management and a strong personality to thrive in a demanding, operational environment.

Duties:

Oversee and manage the full finance function
Strong focus on stock control and inventory management
Prepare and review financial statements and reports
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
Oversee creditors, debtors, and reconciliations
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Provide financial insights to support operational decision-making
Lead and manage finance team member

Qualifications & skills:

BCom Accounting required
Completed articles beneficial
3+ years’ experience in a similar role
Strong stock and inventory experience essential
Experience within industrial or production environment advantageous
Strong personality with ability to operate in a high-pressure environment
