SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:
If you have excellent administrative ability, thrive in a structured environment, and can maintain professionalism while handling difficult conversations — including with brokers — this could be the perfect opportunity to elevate your career.
What we’re looking for:

Experience in debit order collections, preferably within financial services
Strong administration skills — accuracy, organisation, and follow-through are essential
Ability to engage professionally with brokers, including managing challenging interactions
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Someone resilient, process-driven, and committed to excellent customer and broker service
A team player who can also take ownership of tasks independently
