They’re now searching for a Cluster CFO who can navigate complexity, steer strategy and land growth initiatives smoothly. If you’ve clocked executive hours, led from the front and know how to keep a multi-entity operation flying straight, this one’s boarding now.

POSITION INFO:
As the Cluster CFO, you’ll be the CEO’s right-hand navigator, balancing risk, reward, regulations and results across a diverse portfolio. This is a hands-on executive role where finance doesn’t sit in the back row, it’s in the cockpit.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Partner closely with the CEO, playing an active role in business leadership and strategy
Flag financial and strategic risks before they hit cruising altitude
Lead and support M&A activity, from deal evaluation to integration
Oversee legal and statutory compliance across multiple entities
Internal controls & risk management
Internal & external audits
Accounting, reporting, budgets & forecasts
Working capital & cash flow optimisation
Taxation and consolidated financial reporting

Who Belongs In This Seat:

CA(SA) qualified
10 to 12 years in a financial management role, with 5+ years at an executive level
Proven senior leadership and people management experience
Services industry experience non-negotiable
Strong M&A exposure
Board of Directors experience
Deep understanding of multi-entity consolidated reporting
Commercial, decisive, influential, not just technically brilliant
