SUMMARY:

Are you a hands-on Finance Manager who thrives in a tough, high-volume industrial / production environment? If you’re strong on stock, controls, and operations and not afraid to roll up your sleeves, this one’s for you.

POSITION INFO:
A well-established business based in Johannesburg is looking for a resilient, no-nonsense finance professional to take ownership of their finance function and drive performance in a demanding environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Full finance function management
Deep dive into stock control, costing, and variances
Managing high-volume transactions and tight margins
Driving financial discipline across operations
Monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Ensuring strong internal controls and compliance
Working closely with production and operational teams

What We’re Looking For:

BCom in Finance / Accounting
Articles advantageous
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
Proven experience in industrial / manufacturing / production
Strong stock and costing experience (non-negotiable)
A strong personality – able to handle pressure and push back when needed
Hands-on, practical, and operationally focused
