SUMMARY:
Seeking the skills of a Chartered Accountant CA(SA) with FMCG industry experience to fill the role of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) within a listed multinational.

POSITION INFO:

 Job & Company Description:

Our client is one of South Africa’s largest FMCG companies and they are recruiting for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Accountant. This role will include Operational, Financial and Strategic involvement. The successful incumbent for this role will be a registered Chartered Accountant CA(SA) with 2-4 years’ post articles experience within a similar industry.

Duties include but aren’t limited to:

• Month End Reporting
• Journals
• Fixed Assets
• Annual Financial Statements
• Management Accounts
• Budgets & Forecasts
• Variance Analysis
• Profit & Loss
• Market Trends & Performance
• Tax & VAT
• B-BBEE Compliance
• Governance
• Risk & Controls

Qualifications & Experience:

• SAICA registered Chartered Accountant CA(SA)
• Min 2-4 years’ post article experience within the commercial sector outside of audit/consulting
• Must come from the FMCG, Manufacturing or similar production environment
• Must come from a large, multinational or listed entity
• Must have a stable work history – no job hopping
• Must have strong verbal & written communication skills
