POSITION INFO:
As our FP&A Manager, you’ll be the strategic finance partner driving insight, forecasting, and performance across the business. You’ll lead budgeting processes, create powerful financial models, and turn complex data into actionable insights that fuel growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the full FP&A function: forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
Provide commercial insights to support strategic decisions
Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
Present findings to executive leadership with clarity and confidence

Job Experience & Skills Required:

A degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar (CA(SA) preferred)
5+ years in FP&A or financial strategy roles, ideally in fintech or fast-growth environments
Expert Excel/financial modelling skills (Power BI or similar tools a plus)
