About the role
Seeking a highly analytical and driven Financial Planning & Analysis (F&PA) Manager to join a dynamic finance team. This is a high-impact role supporting strategic decision-making across the group by delivering accurate forecasting, reporting, and financial modelling.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the group’s forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning processes
Build and maintain financial models and dashboards for performance tracking
Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to the executive team and board
Support M&A modelling, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration analysis
Partner with business units (mortgage, legal, tech, marketing) to drive profitability
Identify cost-saving opportunities and assess ROI on strategic initiatives
Support investor reporting and fundraising preparation
Ensure alignment of actuals, budgets, and KPIs with accounting and operations teams

Requirements:

Degree in Finance, Engineering, Accounting (or a related field)
Qualified CA(SA) with experience in a reputable Accounting Firm
4–7 years work experience, including a min of 4 years in FP&A or commercial finance
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills (Power BI advantageous)
Experience in high-growth, multi-entity, or private equity-backed environment (preferred)
Strong communication skills and ability to present to senior leadership
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially minded
Proven experience in a fast-paced environment
